We use meter readings to determine how much to charge you. Without a reading, any supplier will use an estimate to work out your energy bill. Estimates often lead to inaccuracies, but you can avoid this by submitting your own meter readings.
How to submit your electricity meter reading:
Submitting your monthly meter reading(s) is simple and you can do so in a number of ways:
- Web: Log into the Portal or use our contact form to submit your reading(s)
- Email: Send an email to our Customer Service team: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Phone: Call our Customer Service team on: 028 8676 0600
- Text: You can text your meter reading along with site/account code to: 07718208944
If you call or email please have either your Account Number or the Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) at hand. You can find this number on your bill.
We advise customers to send a meter reading once a month. This is the best way to keep your bills as accurate as possible.
